Tilt-over Vertical Antenna I am working on

Hi folks!
Here are some photos of a tilt-over vertical antenna I am working on. I expect to be able to use it on 80 and 160 and hopefully even 40. It is ready to go; just need to dig a hole and fill it with mud.

Brass toilet bowl float?? That's my guess. What will the total height of the thing be?

Yah, I guess it looks like a toilet float...it's really a flag pole thingy from the flag pole store!
Cheers,
